Mortgage advice with Rachel
Buying your first home, moving, reviewing your current mortgage or looking at buy-to-let? Rachel can help you understand the choices and the process.
Mortgage decisions depend on your plans, circumstances and the lender’s criteria. Rachel will start by understanding what you want to do, then talk you through the options and what happens next.
Whether it is your first home or you are moving, Rachel can help you understand the mortgage options that may fit your plans, what lenders may need, and the steps involved. If you choose a conveyancer from the panel she works closely with, Rachel can help keep communication moving during the purchase.
If your current mortgage deal is ending or you want to review your borrowing, Rachel can talk through the options available to you. That may include looking at a new deal with your current lender or exploring a different lender, depending on your circumstances and lender criteria.
Before you decide whether to proceed with personalised mortgage advice, Rachel will explain the service she can provide, the relevant lender range, and any fees or commission that apply.
Explain what you are hoping to do and ask the questions on your mind.
Rachel will explain relevant routes and what information may be needed to explore them.
You can consider the information and agree any next steps at your own pace.
Buying a home also involves legal work. Rachel does not provide conveyancing, but if you choose a solicitor or licensed conveyancer from the panel she works closely with, she can stay involved and help liaise between you, the conveyancers, the buyer or seller, and the estate agent. The conveyancer is a separate service and is responsible for the legal work; Rachel remains your mortgage contact and can help keep communication moving. Before an introduction, Rachel will explain any referral arrangement and costs that apply.
