What happens when you speak with Rachel?

You don’t need to have everything worked out or know the right words. Rachel will listen, explain things in plain English, and help you understand your next step.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

Tell Rachel what you’re planning, what matters to you and any questions you have. It’s fine if you’re still working that out.

  2. 02

    Mortgage and cover

Rachel will explain mortgage options and, if useful, discuss protection for your home and belongings, including buildings and contents insurance.

  3. 03

    Support along the way

If you choose a conveyancer from Rachel’s panel, she can stay involved and help liaise between you, the conveyancers, the buyer or seller, and the estate agent. The conveyancer handles the legal work; Rachel remains your mortgage contact. Before an introduction, she’ll explain any referral arrangement and costs that apply.

Rachel explains each part in plain English and can help keep communication moving, so you know what happens next. There’s no need to have everything ready before your first conversation.
